Tassel is a frisky Friesian mare, happily bouncing around, strutting her stuff. Although her forelegs are off the ground, she has been designed to stand sturdy without a base, and is being cast with a special technique to make her stand even more secure. This is a very special piece for me, and I hope she will bring you as much joy as she brought me while sculpting. Tassel is full of charm and little details that will make you look at her again and again.

Tassel measures 7.5 x 6.3 inches, or 19 x 16 cm, larger classic scale. Professionally molded and cast by Mountain View Studios, hollow cast in white resin with wire reinforcements.

Payments

There is a time payment plan available at no extra cost. Sign up for a cycle of 3 monthly payments with the PayPal subscription buttons.

Folks outside the US & Canada, please note: you can reserve your Tassel with a non-refundable deposit of €70. When your casting is ready to ship you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. Overseas shipping seems to have returned to normal, which means you will receive the invoice within 4-8 weeks after your reservation.

By placing this reservation, you agree to pay the remaining amount within 30 days when invoiced. If you need more time, contact me first to arrange time payments.

Shipping

All prices include shipping costs. You will receive a tracking number when your package has been shipped, and then the responsibility is with you. The resins are being shipped in order of paid for in full. For US and Canadian addresses, your order will be shipped directly from the caster in Tennessee. All other countries: your order will be shipped to me first, so the package will be coming from the Netherlands.

I can't tell the exact time your order will be ready to ship. It depends on too many factors, like how many orders are ahead of your order, how busy they are at MVS, and of course your location. MVS usually ships within 3-4 weeks.

Tassel will be an open edition, starting with 20 pre-orders. The pre-orders are available to folks in the US and Canada. Don’t worry if you live elsewhere. When the edition opens next month, Tassel is going to be available worldwide.

The schedule for Tassel’s edition will be
- Friday 7/24: pre-orders for 20 castings, US & Canada only
- End of August: edition opens, worldwide shipping and time payments become available
- October 31: edition closes, last day to place your order

Jools is a Friesian stallion in ‘traditional’ scale. He is true 1:9 scale, which makes him quite a big fellow. He measures 9.65 inch x 11.4 inch (24.5 x 29 cm).

Jools will be professionally molded and cast by Mountain View Studios. Hollow cast in white resin with wire reinforcements.
