Breyer & Haffie magic



 

Breyer fans have already seen him of course. Kit, the new Haflinger stallion that I designed for the Stablemates line!

My own sporty Haflinger, Apollo, is a once-in-a-lifetime horse. I hope little Kit will bring a bit of that delightful Haffie magic to everyone who owns him!

Apollo doesn’t get much of a winter coat, but that could change in the future as he is already 20 years old. If he ever needs a body clip, guess what the pattern will be... I will share pictures here of course. ;)

Me and Apollo, my 19 year old Haflinger stallion. This golden horse (inside & out!) is my biggest inspiration, if you own one of my sculptures, you own a little piece of Apollo. So when we need new photo material of the artist, the horse needs to be there as well. And of course he steals the show!

If you own one of my sculptures, you own a little piece of Apollo. He has been my horse/inspiration/guru/equine atlas for ten years now.

Apollo and I agree, this is what a beach is for!

For being a show off (like me, ha ha), and for being the bravest, kindest and sweetest stallion anyone could ever wish for.

For being so gentle, smart and reliable. For having patience with me when I try to teach you yet another silly dressage move. You never cease to amaze me.

Haffie happiness

Apollo and I went for a ride on the stormy beach today. It was awesome!

Instead of having a proper winter, here in the Netherlands we are experiencing a kind of endless November, a continuing parade of storm and heavy rain. Apollo doesn't mind, he is an optimist. He is almost done shedding his winter coat and he loves a bit of wind blowing through his mane. He just knows it, spring is coming!
